For anyone who wants to delve deeper into each of our defects to see how and why things have taken as long as they have to resolve, there will shortly be a series of pages here.
Each page will be a record of each individual defect with a blow by blow account and links to documentary proof showing all the to-ing and fro-ing that was necessary.
